You can use the cPanel admin credentials by just adding “/cpanel” to the primary domain of your hosting and login directly.
Once you get the admin credentials for cPanel and FTP then you can connect to your specific hosting dash.
Just take the primary domain for your cPanel… copy/paste it into a new browser tab and then type “/cpanel” on the ending…
The next page will ask which port you’d like to use to connect. You’ll need to try either option… one will work and another won’t; all depends on your configuration.
Once the right port is used the URL will update to [primarydomain.com]:[portselected] and you’ll see this on the page:
Now you can use the cPanel admin user/password to get to the control panel dash without logging into your product account.
